I?ve been vegan for a couple years, im 5?1 and a hundred lbs. I?d like to loose five lbs. I program to liquid rapidly for one-2 weeks. Ive been drinking miso soup, juicing fruits and vegetables, and so on. I also program to acquire some super fruit& veggie green powder for drinks. Any suggestions on how I can get protein through very low calorie liquids other than miso soup?
